Original Comment Dell does not honor it's warranty. Tech,s can't,t figure out what is wrong. Took my computer to its original factory setting, which took 7 hours. Than I had to reinstall all my software. Now the want to Send me new software to install. I again will have to reinstall all of my software. This is only to try t,o figure out what is wrong with my computer. The will no send anyone to my home. They are not sure this will correct the problem.
