Original Comment Worst service I have ever had. Been trying to get my # ported over, it's been over 1 week and I STILL do not have a working tracfone!!!! I asked to speak with an American. they flat out refused!!! I have been to south American, central American, Philippines..etc, but not the good old USA. Something needs to charge in &quot;OUR&quot; Country!! We need to start to keep our services in our COUNTRY!!! The wages maybe the issue, but there are many people on WELFARE, that can be part of the &quot;work force&quot; and the money would help to &quot;OUR ECONOMY&quot;, as these type of people and others could spend to make US STRONG &amp; STRONGER without farming these jobs out to #rd World Countries, that do not &quot;CARE&quot; about &quot;HELPING&quot; their fellow AMERICAN with great customer service &amp; great &quot;JOB&quot; satisfaction, which WILL give a person the &quot;PRIDE&quot; of going to a &quot;JOB&quot; &amp; doing &quot;GOOD&quot; at it!!!!! I still do not have my phone working. Need HELP, NOW!!! DO not know what more to do, Been on the phone with there people some 4-5 hour just today and no working phone.... SAD <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 816-699-7305, the # I have had since 2005, was requested to be transferred to my new TraceFone. It has been several &quot;DAYS&quot; and nothing???? I transferred that # to a Government Phone Company - Reach -out Wireless from T-Mobile, that was a BIG MISTAKE!!! That was last year and that did not take this LONG!!!! I am a Service Connected Disabled Veteran and rec' Govt assistance. The last straw was at the time I purchase this NEW TraceFone..My Home phone was out and I was ill, I went to call for help and they had cut off &quot;MY&quot; #!! I was forced into purchasing this tracefone in order to have a phone there for me in &quot;ALL&quot; &quot;TIMES&quot; of &quot;NEED&quot;!!! I rec'd a call today, a family member passed. I am going back to Kansas City this upcoming Monday, Dec 9, 2013; I do not wish to be in limbo. PLEASE, PLEASE, let get this completed in a timely matter, like today.
