Original Comment I am writing a letter to Pat McName, EVP & COO, to let him know the hours and lies I have been told over the last 2 weeks trying to get my husband's RX filled. I was told several times in the last 3 days, they it will ship today and we will over night it at our expense. My credit card has been charged, twice, and twice the charge was removed. Today, I finally talked with a 2nd manager, who said that there is no documentation of any conversations held between me and the reps and managers who I have talked with. Hard to believe a company that is regulated by the DEA, does not document anything and can't execute their promises.
