THIS WAS MY 5TH ATTEMPT AT GETTING THE ISSUE. AS YOU CAN SEE I WAS DISCONNETED BY KAREN WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST. FIRST PERSON I CONTACTED DID THE SAME THING! Karen: Thank you for contacting Fandango Customer Support. My name is Karen. How may I assist you today?<br /> Carol: Hi Karen - Please do not disconnect me - I am desperate for help!<br /> Karen: How can I assist you? <br /> Karen: Is there anything that I can assist you with today, Carol? <br /> Carol: I attempted to purchase movie tickets with my Fandango gift card and received a message saying 'sorry an internal error has occurred.' When I attempted to reorder I then received a message saying this code has already been used. I have not received any confirmation<br /> Karen: I apologize you have not been able to redeem your gift card. Please give me two to three minutes to investigate your request.<br /> Carol: Also Karen when I placed the order I was charged the convenience fee - should have been waived with the <br /> Carol: Fandango card<br /> Karen: Unfortunately the fees will be charged unless you are a member of the AMC Stubs. <br /> Carol: It said the fee would be waived if using a gift card.<br /> Karen: Where did you see this message? <br /> Karen: If you require further assistance, you can reach us Monday-Sunday 6am to 10pm PST.
