Original Comment Fry's Customer Service blows. They sold us a warranty. The computer was messed up, and kept restarting. We took it, and they made it not better but worse. Then they would not own up to their error but wanted to charge us 99.00 for their F-up. Apparently, corporate doesn't know or doesn't care about how their Houston office runs. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. Screw this company.
