We just done some light shopping at your Ralphs store on 6/23/14, the Ralphs store at 1101 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, Ca, phone We love coming to this store because of Victor, Raquel, Joanne, Yi and Reuben. They are delightful to deal with. They're always helpful, smiling, energetic and cheerful. They make every one of our shopping experience, large or small amount, a pleasant place to do business with. There's also a relatively new young checker who's also a great Ralphs employee. The rest of the employees can learn good customer service skill from these folks metioned above.
