Original Comment THE WORST. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I have been waiting 6 weeks to get diabetic test strips even though I have a letter of authorization from Express Scripts authorizing coverage. Nobody has any authority to actually mail me my prescription - not even the corporate office. Of course, the President, Tim Wentworth, isn't available to take a phone call and the person I was forwarded to (Alicia) didn't help at all. OBVIOUSLY ALL THE BAD COMMENTS ON THE SITE DON'T MATTER because we're stuck with using the company due to insurance coverage. WISH I COULD DO AS PISS POOR A JOB AS THESE MORONS AND STILL GET PAID AND NOT GET FIRED - obviously, if you want to sit on your fat ass all day and do nothing you should get a job at Express Scripts. By the way, maybe someone should tell these morons what "Express" means.
