Original Comment Pnc your customer service is abhorrent. I have lived in my home for seven years. I was one month behind on my mortgage due to losing my job. I explained that I was only unemployed for two weeks and I was starting a new job and that a double payment would be no problem. Some guy comes to my house, flings open my 299.00 storm door I put in and broke the fixtures that hold the glass. The glass fell out onto my five year old when she went to see who was stomping around like some type of animal on my porch. I watched as he fled the scene like a burglar when she went to the door. The best part is I replaced this door already after someone from pnc broke my door last year by leaving it unlatched. When I called I was told "that's not our problem. If you paid your bill you wouldn't get a letter", by someone who I'm assuming wasn't capable of speaking proper English. Shame on your employees. I will be moving in two years and I guarantee pnc will not see a drop of my business.
