Original Comment DO NOT rent from the Philadelphia Airport location. It is not located on the airport property and is quite a distance away. Third-party sellers like Expedia and Hotwire do not tell you this. While there two evenings ago, I arrived at the counter to pick up a car after my disappointment about how far it was and another customer was having an issue with a car. He approached the counter, asked to speak with a manager to resolve his complaint and was told by the female rep the manager was unavailable. This rep displayed a poor attitude and refused to get anyone else to help the customer. The customer called the rep a profane name and the rep came around the counter swearing profusely daring the customer to repeat what he said. The rep was significantly taller than the man, was menacing and brandishing a large stapler in her hand. The customer began dialing his phone for the police. Other reps attempted to stop the rep as she continued to swear and invite the customer to meet her outside. She threw the stapler at the man as he retreated out the door. She then followed the man while the shuttle driver and others pulled her away from him.<br /> <br /> This was the most unprofessional display I have ever witnessed and I refused to remain. The shuttle driver was kind enough to take me back to the terminal to rent from a different company. What a disgrace.
