Original Comment I purchased the Cabrio washer/ dryer both 2 yrs ago & I have a family of 3, so not a lot of wear on these. My washer no longer gets my clothes clean ( only fills up w/ 2" of water for a full load) & has started shaking out of control in spin cycle, sensors aren't going off to stop this washer from shaking out of control, like it was designed to., worst design ever made for Whirlpool... I have called customer service to report my complaints & I'm suppose to dump more $$ into this machine, after already dumping thousands. I had my repair guy come diagnose my washing machine & he stated from his experience w/ this Cabrio washer, it's a $ pit & the absolute worst design, ever!! Due to the shaking out of control, I now have a slit in the back of the tub, where the tub has worked itself over the back of the washer panel & that's even more $ out of pocket, plus new shocks & brackets are needed. I have seen numerous unhappy customers w/ this product & I truly hope that you all recall this washing machine & I don't know why you haven't!!
