Original Comment We need an attorney. This site is criminal. I was using them with not very many issues, until i booked two nights, and when i got to the hotel they said one of the nights were cancelled. Had to pay the hotel out of pocket for the second room. When i called back hotels.com denied the room being cancelled and said the hotel refunded the room i paid for with them. After calling the hotel they stuck to their story, but there is a serious issue with the customer service reps. They LIE AND LIE. And do not take the fault for a mistake on their end and steal your money to account for it. DO NOT TRUST.
