Original Comment I have along with my wife have owned tracfones for about 20 years and have happy with using their phones. We moved to another area code a month ago a tried to have our area code changed (10/09) which turned to be a complete fiasco. I was on the phone for about 1 hour with a tracfone rep who barely spoke English. After repeating her instructions several time she finally told me my new adress was not in her tool program. I told her my new address is current but she replied she could not help. What a joke this rep was and from now on I will drop my tracfones for this poor non service.
