Original Comment Its absolutely rediculous that they don't have a support phone line. Nevermind the price of the game or the upgrades, its the frustration that goes with working towards something in My Career to have it disappear and have no recourse. This company should be bending over backwards to make sure its gamers have what they need not slinking off in the shadows hiding behind a computer screen and avoiding the public. Shame on you 2K!
