Original Comment BCBS & Hallmark have an agreement that if you undergo a preventative treatment (mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.) You will receive a certificate for $25. After several unsuccessful attempts to redeem the coupon, I called Hallmar's ustomer service for assistance. BIG mistake. The "gentleman" Vin was so condescending in his approach, it left me shocked and speechless. Hallmark needs to reassess its hiring of its customer service reps.
