Original Comment This company is horrible. I filed a claim on November 12, 2014 and still have not received my replacement device. I have called several times to check the status and each time i am told it will be 1-3 days. After 12 days, i was told there is a 14 day backorder and that the device would be sent to me the next week. The week went by and still no device. I called again and was told that the company had received 200 phones but there were 200+ on backorder and the next shipment would not come for 7-10 days. When you file the claim, the confirmation email that is sent to you states that you will receive updates every 48 hours and i haven't received anything.
