Original Comment Our Bank believes the fraud with my CC was because of those working at San Jose Airport. Our magnetic card went bad every day but the last day of a 4 day stay. California having drought issues, but it took us 20 - 25 minutes to get warm water in our room. Toilet ran, it just need adjusting and we did that ourselves. Micro tray didn't fit, so hard to use Microwave. We got a call asking if a car in the lot was ours. It wasn't, it belonged to the manager who may or may not have told her workers that she was leaving it in the lot. Outside looks better than inside. <br /> <br /> Will be making a formal complaint with Corporate Offices about our Bank believing fraud occurred through this hotel.
