Original Comment I have been paying my old navy account on time every month and just because one payment didn't go through not because I didn't make the payment. They waited for me to make double the payment to decline my purchases without any notices that they had lowered my credit. Who does this?? I was saving this card and kept it low to use it for my christmas shopping. Thank you old navy now I can't do my christmas shopping. Thanks to you. Is a shame that people are in business to do this. They had no remorse what so ever to even try to make it right. To all this I only had a balance of $240 dollars.<br /> I will pay off this account and NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. So you see you lost business. You don't win people over like this and if your affiliated with any banks? Make sure they are treating your customers right. Because of them? You will be loosing a lot of business. Sorry that our relationship had to end in this way. Would've hope to have been treated more fairly.
