I have been a Tracfone customer since 2007. I ordered a new Tracfone LG305C, to replace my previous Trac fon Dec 13. I received the new Tracfone Wednesday Dec 17 at 6PM. <br /> <br /> Weds evening I called to activate the new phone. Activation was completed quickly. I had anew phone number When used the phone Thursday morning, the Verizon operator came on and informed me that this number was not an active number. For the past week I have been trying to activate the LG305C and have been told it was in process of being ported. I have spent hours on the phone on the -7183 number,being moved from one office to another. the most recent being the port department for over an hour on hold.I was told that programming a new phone is a 2 hour to 2 day procedure. Can you help me because the normal procedure does not work.
