On January 28th my card was stolen, I then call your 1800 number to cancel the card and get another one, your agent kim was very unpleasant and didn't try to offer 100 percent customer service. I have been with your bank for 10 years, I have been given the run around for two days to asset my funds from nets pens and your Ace express location, there needs to be away for customers to receive there funds without going though the experience waiting 10 days to assess funds at you ace location I'm very unhappy with my experience.
