Original Comment I went to the Lenscrafters at Lakeshore Mall in Gaineville Ga. And the service was awful but only towards certain people. I noticed when someone of color came in they would act as if they didn't see them. I waited a few before i came to this decesion. Because i thought it was just me. I came in and nothing was said no hello can we help nothing a couple came in behind me and immediately they asked how may we help you yes they were white so i left i went back because they do glasses in a hour and no one elese did so i walk in and again nothing so i made myself noticed there was three men and one lady she helped me i explained to her what happened and she said she would give me corp. number(1 and as she proceed to help me other people of color came in and she even noticed the reps avoiding and ignoring the customers and she said to me at first i dint know what you were speaking on but now I see. I said im going to record it she said to me i would and report it. But I told her yall are suppose to work as a team so I think you are just to blame as they are because you see it but you're doing nothing about it either.it's a shame!As I looked for the corporate office information site this comes up and I see that this is a trend of bad service wish I would had looked before.
