Tempe, AZ. Room smelled of smoke and mildew ! I called the front desk to ask to be moved, denied! Next day after ck out my card has a $300 hold for smoking in the rm, we did not smoke ! UGH! Cannot reach a manager or owner for over 24 hrs now. Dumpy, pi×× poor customer service!
