Original Comment SOOOOOO mad right now ordered my refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears in Overland Park, KS and they were scheduled to deliver today Monday February 23, 2015. I confirmed call they said they would come between 3:30 and 5:30 I had an electrician come to install the dishwasher because their service guy will not drive 30 min south of the metro!! So they said they were running behind but they would be here.... No one came! AT ALL Well that is not okay with me. I called the store several times they would remember no not one time could they remember talking to me and now I am trying to call Corporate on their horrible customer service skills. There are people that need jobs and would work better than these "employees". Making someone wait at a house that they can't move into because there is no REFRIGERATOR and were counting on it to be here, so we can move in this week.. to then say MARCH 2nd!:( I WANT MY KENMORE!!!!
