Original Comment They are horrible customer service beyond fing ridiculous. I had an Alton Saturday they came and put in a supposed new box which it wasn't left before they knew it was working properly said it would flicker in about 10 min it was him adding it to my account well guess what an hour later it was still flickerin freezing randomly shutting off picture kept comming and going pixilating. Called office tech was suppose to be back within 45 min to fix it again. Well 3 hrs later guess what no technician. Called again got informed it was to late to have a tech come out and now would not be available to fix it till Wednesday eve. Got confirmation email. Called again this morning to demand a supervisor to get either compensation or a tech out and come to find out they changed my apt without my permission to next Monday a week away. All I get is I am sorry there's others waiting you will have to wait Your turn in line there's nothing we can do are you kidding me.
