Original Comment I had a horrible, discriminating experience at the Open Road Honda in Edison ,NJ. I had contacted this location, close to my home, in reference a vehicle I saw on line. Sales rep Crystal Graham returned my message. I did ask if there was a representative that spoke Spanish, as it is my first language. Mrs Graham advised my wife no problem for me to go in Saturday afternoon, that she would have someone to assist me. I left work almost 3 hours early, just to be able to have sufficient time at the dealer and view the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. <br /> When I arrived Mrs Graham met me very nicely and introduced me to a &quot; so call Spanish speaker&quot;. The gentleman (use the term loosely) said he was to busy. He then called over another rep which said &quot;No no give him to someone else, not me&quot;. A third representative stated he was too busy as well. At that point it was obvious NO ONE (except Graham) was willing to help me. <br /> If I was told please wait , we could help you shortly. I felt discriminated against, disrespected and to add insult to injury I lost work hours for nothing. <br /> A week later I purchased a new 2015 Pilot @ Garden State Honda in Passaic , whom were very reseptive and wanting to sell vehicles.<br /> I will make it a point to tell everyone of my experience, especially to individuals in the area, since I live close. I am actually thinking of contacting local news media.
