Original Comment Just had my truck painted by maaco. Not satisfied. Whole truck has orange peel maaco called it fish eye. Their response was well its a stage 1 paint job thats normsl. WHAT? Was i told about this before? No! Truck was promised to be done in 5 days. 10 days later i picked it up. For 4 days they were detailing it. I pulled the tape and paper off under the hood, passenger door and am still finding it. Had to tighten all door screws. Rubber weather stripping around the driver had a 6inch strip torn out of it along with scratches. Driver door was closed too soon after painting so paint all around the door jam needs to be redone. Some prep tape was painted into the truck. Overspray all over tiresand chrome rims, leaf springs and whole under carriage. Paint dust all over dash. I paid 1216.80 for this mess and have to go back in 30 days for corrective work and damage repair. The owner of this maaco center m2076 7215 watt ave north highlands ca 95660 said thats how stage paint jobs turn out there was nothing he could or would do!
