Original Comment I purchased furniture from the Ashely furniture store located at 12493 IH 10 West in San Antonio Texas 78230.<br /> My sales associate was Sara Garcia. My last transaction date was 6 March 2015; the delivery date of items to be delivered was 27 March 2015. Today is April 15, 2015 and I have not received the items I was promised, and paid for. <br /> I have made several calls to the sale's associate Sara who told me that she would check on my items to be delivered, and call me back.As of this date I have not received a call back from Sara. <br /> I called the Store manager John, who told me that he would check on the delivery and get back to me, to this date I have not received a call back from the store Manager John, and I have not received my items that I have paid for.<br /> I went to the Store and met with the sales associate Sara who said that she was busy and told me to wait. While waiting for Sara I contacted the store manager John who told me that the items would be delivered to the store on 30 March 2015 and that he would personally take the items to my house in his personal truck. 15 April 2015 I have not received the furniture I paid for. <br /> <br /> C/C Texas Atorney General Office\<br /> Eye Witness wants to know/<br /> Beter Business Bureau<br /> Chamber of Commerce
