Original Comment I purchased a poaroid iE826 from the local wal-mart and in less than 3 weeks the lens 'froze' , would not protrct but about 1/2 way .. the 'led' light never went off as the manual states when battery is 'charged' , even charging the first time 15hrs+ , when I called the support/warranty phone # , the rep was so rude that he even hung up on me !!!..I am out $59.00 because walmart does not refund/exchange this product after 15 days ..i have emailed reps off of the polaroid.com site to no avail , at this point in the game , I do not want an exchange , just my $59.00 back !! . since that is highly unlikely , I'll just keep posting 'warnings' to all that will listen 'to not buy this camera !!'..suport is terrible ,warranty is worst and the camera is awfull !!!
