Hello; There should be more employees that know how to work and respect customers. I was at Plant Fitness yesterday on a sunday with closing time of 7pm. Me and my guest were there till closing. The rude employee anounces closing time at 6:30pm. My guest tells her "where in the contract it says closing is 6:30?" the employee say. "I dont care, I had this arguement with someone already, we are closing and thats it, I will cancel your membership". This was so rude, I done believe I will sign up with Planet anymore.
