HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was told my original phone number was too old to reuse, and I needed a new SIM card. was told to wait 3-5 business days. I waited 2 weeks, no card. called back only to find out the &quot;genius&quot; out sourced customer service rep in the Phillipines didn't activate the &quot;ticket number&quot; correctly and I had to wait ANOTHER 3 -5 business days. when I asked to speak to a supervisor, &quot;Dawn&quot; said she'd overnight the SIM via Fed Ex. It never showed, and 3 days later, I spoke to another supervisor that instructed me nothing had been done right prior by anyone. <br /> And I have to wait ANOTHER 3-5 business days. I started this process mid May 2015, and I'm writing this on June 9 2015. Do you think one is on the way? Yeah, I doubt it too. Big FAT waste of time and money. I must have spent a total of over an hour on hold waiting for each of the many reps I spoke to to figure it out.<br /> This company thinks they are saving money by outsourcing. well, they may do the job cheaper than Americans, but they sure don't do it better. they suck, and therefore so does this company. by saving a buck or two now, they do it at the peril of the future of their business.
