I have been having some difficulty using the BIG Fish game manager all of a sudden and I cannot figure it out so I tried to call customer support on their 206-213-5753 number and the rudest woman answered and refused to help me or forward me to a tech and wouldn't even give me her name. I mean, we all have bad days but this woman was such a She should not be allowed to answer the company phone!!! I cancelled my membership immediately
