I was hired as an assistant manager for the Limon, CO. store. I was very disappointed during the so called training I received. The store manager left almost every time I came into work. She did ONE day training with me. Other times she'd leave minutes after I arrived for my shift. She wanted her employees to follow the schedule that she made, but she never followed that schedule herself. I quit because I felt that I wasn't getting the proper training I needed. I even told her that I was moving to another city and wanted to transfer. I applied for a store in Colorado Springs. The store manager wanted to hire me, but the store manager in Limon, had put into the system that I had been terminated and was not a candidate to rehire. This is unfair, because I want to work for the company, but I want to work for a store manager that respects the job as much as I do. I wrote a letter to her the day I left. I even waited until everyone had their breaks that day, so I wouldn't leave them hanging. I didn't call the store manager right away, because she always complained that she never got any sleep, yet, whenever we called her if we had a problem, she wouldn't answer the phone anyways. I am faxing the note to the main office and disputing her false actions towards me. No wonder she can't keep people working there. She barely works there herself.
