Nothing ever got fixed. I had problem after problem. Everyone was nice, but I had only two boxes, the DVR NEVER worked right again. I found out later it was because the one that was broken was tuned to the DVR. The Service Techs who came to the house told me the Pace boxes were junk. I lost caller ID 8 months ago. I have moved. I am still in your service area but it is time that Mediacom did something right for me. I never argued, demanded or threatened. I trusted you to do the right thing. All you did was raise the price for what was reduced services and really bad quality. IF you have a proposal please let me know by e-mail.
