Original Comment I switched from Sprint to metro to try to save on my bill. That is the worse thing I have ever done. I should have just worked out a payment plan. You can't get in touch with there customer service. The dealers where you get the phones from are rude because you call ask them to call customer service because you can't get through. They took a payment that I paid on my phone line and put it on another phone line when I clearly put in my phone number as the one to be paid. The dealer location says oh we can't help you because you paid online, well maybe if you didn't charge 5.00 to pay in the store your customers wouldn't have to use the internet. This is by far the worse service I have had to deal with in a long time. I don't see how they are still around. I wish I had known but a friend recommended them that's the only reason why I even tried them.
