This message is regarding my stay on October 08, 2015- October 10, 2015 at DAYS INN 2500 West 33rd Street, Orlando, FL 32839. The staff was horrible as well as the service. The accommodations that they consider solutions were unacceptable. The front desk staff was incredibly unprofessional. I've requested for clean towels, which was never provided. Request to have sheets and pillow cases change, instead housekeeping turn the pillow cases on the wrong side. I was able to see residue from makeup, on the same pillow cases. The staff was informed the WIFI connection was weak and I couldn't connect. I had an important business conference call that demanded to have internet on October 09, 2015. I was promise before purchase that this hotel will have free WIFI. So as a guest I complain about the service and was promise the issue will be resolve that day or the next morning before my conference call. When I first walk into the lobby to complain about the WIFI, while speaking to the front desk representative I seen a random individual walk from behind the desk, as though she was sitting behind the desk next to the front desk representative. I was very much disturb, because I felt uncomfortable that random individuals can get important documents, and do whatever; whenever. So I had a surprise look on my face because If I would've known this is the type of service this company condone I most definitely would have taken my services elsewhere. So because I was more focus on the internet that was promise by the hotel, I just wanted to get that situated. So I didn't mention that issue that I felt strongly about. So the next day (October 09, 2015), maybe around 3 pm, there was a call that came to the room, an individual advise the system (DAYS INN) has shut down and delete all the guest information. He requested for the credit/debit card information that was used to purchase this room. My spouse not sure of the request, asks if he can come to the front desk to provide that information. Individual advise that wouldn't be necessary. So we're not thinking much of it since the individual mention they're resetting the system due to the internet issue. My spouse agreed to provide that information, because he was confident that this individual was honest. The next morning (October 10, 2015) during check out, it was another individual there (NOT SURE OF HER NAME). We complaint about the issues we encounter during the stay. She was abruptly rude and disrespectful. When explaining the issue we've encounter, she was very inconsiderate, not compassionate, and very nonchalant about the situation. She advise that what we've experience with the random phone call was fraud. She stated that this happens all the time to their guest. She said people hack into their system getting their guest information, and randomly calls rooms requesting information. I am in total disbelief and request to speak to a manager. She stated rudely that she is the Manager. I am feeling overwhelmed because this is absurd. I am very taken back. This is the first time we've every stayed at a DAYS INN, and I felt like it was my fault to even consider to provide service to such a company that lacks professionalism. I called Days inn Customer Service to complain about the issue, they advise that someone will contact me regarding the issues. October 12, 2015 I receive a phone call from Melissa (Days Inn Manager), who was very apologetic about the situation, and didn't have a solution on how this issue was going to be resolve. She stated that she is "Sorry", and that was the end of call. I am not sure who to go to, within this company to complain about the issues we've encounter as guest. But as a Customer I need some type of resolutions, or these issues will be taken into further actions. I am extremely upset about the services, and never again will I stay or recommend Days Inn to anyone.
