Original Comment I signed up for a 3 month subscription and within a day, I realized that I was not ready to be dating yet. It was over the holidays and you guys were closed so I called today, had to wait on hold for an hour and when I finally got someone, they told me that they can't give any refund because I had responded to e-mails. I said that was fine, can I just cancel the second 2 months and they said 'no'. They said that I could have just signed up for the month on the website. I searched the website intensely when I did it, looking for a one-month option and didn't see one anywhere. It was hidden and not clearly visible but now that I know it is available, the company is refusing to refund the difference. I don't even care if I don't get all the money back. I will p ay what is supposed to be the full price for the one month but want the difference that I paid, for the 3 month subscription, returned. I would like someone from head office to contact me, please.
