I bought a HE top load washer about six years ago for over one thousand dollars. A year after, it wouldn't fill so I called Sears repair. The man said the FL meant it needed to be filled with water so Like idiots for the remaining years we hand filled the washer with the hose twice each wash, once to start the operation and again at the rinse cycle. That's two trips down stairs for an over seventy couple. The pump went out so I called Sears repair. (He flooded the laundry room.)He didn't think the cost justified fixing so we bought another washer.
While he was there he was to check the stove which we purchased at Sears less than three years ago. We travel, eat out a lot so I don't cook much so I didn't mind so much that if the oven was on I had to light the burner with a match. If I used a burner and turned it off, it wouldn't re-light so I had to use another burner. He saw that and said it was because it was propane. We have had propane here for 44 years. Probably wasn't worth the money versus effort to fix so I agreed and he left.
Now we have to light the burners with a match all the time. The igniter for the top of the stove doesn't work. If the igniter for oven fails..I won't know until it releases gas enough to explode.

Frustrated Sears customer.
