Original Comment This company (at least the Alsip, IL location) has HORRIBLE customer service skills. I needed a receipt from one of my drivers, they advised they had a system wipe so they couldn't provide it. I asked if their corporate office may have this information, they said maybe. So I asked if I could have that number....they put me on hold, another guy picks up and tells me I can google that information...that's what he is doing. That is terrible customer service...then he hung up on me. All I wanted was the number and a copy of a receipt. I was not rude, and was professional the entire time on the phone. But they were rude from the get go.
