Original Comment Horrible service and customer service. I was promised a refund for a transaction that came out as I was porting a number over. I was told to call back when the new service was connected and I would receive my refund. I called back and they don't want to give me my refund. They said that they will go back and listen to the conversation to see if the rep told me that I could get a refund and call me back. I had to call them back and they still haven't listened to it yet. Basic talk sucks!!!!
