Original Comment Worst service and experience ever!!! Every time I asked a question at the counter, the clerk would only say I am getting you the best deal I can!! In desperate need of a car from the Orlando/Sandfort airport, and a long line of people waiting, I finally signed the papers and left with the car. They knew they had 4 women that late at night over a barrel. The car rental itself was only $189. but, with all the extra stuff ie. road service (didn't need I have AAA), toll charges, 10.49 per day, (used only twice leaving and coming back only ($4.00) and tank fill up (made sure little gas left in tank) Final charge was $349.00. You got to be kidding Thrifty. Never again, will be cancelling the rental reservations for June. I will go with Enterprise even if they are a little more expensive. Beware, Hertz owns Thrifty and Dollar will never use any of those either. PS he kept telling us it would cost $150.00 each if we took a cab. Really? He didn't bother telling us $$ the cost to go to the Orlando Airport 30 miles away where I accidently made the car rental reservations. Thanks alot Thrifty.
