Original Comment Certainly agree that CB customer service is the most unacceptable that exists. I left several years ago. I was thinking of coming back but when I spoke to a person who could not speak English and could not answer my questions that was the end. Unbelievable. And it is correct that it will never change. Mamagement is deaf to complaints and even the CEO could care less.
