Original Comment I would kindly like to say, Tracfone has my cell phone. They say something is wrong with my system. I sent my cell phone &quot;Alcatel OneTouch Sonic Smart Phone&quot; to them over a month ago. They said they have received it. I have been waiting for my replacement phone for 30 days. Every time I call I am on the phone with them no less than a hour and they send me to several departments. They email the warehouse, but no reply. I ask for a manager but wait on the phone forever! and never can contact one. I saw one of you answer on HelpOwl, so I tried both phone number and the same thing happens. On April 14th I finally was able to talk to an American supervisor she said my phone would be here by the following Tuesday, that was 11 days ago. I like tracfone. I have always used Tracfone, but now I don't know what to do. I'm at my wits end.
