Original Comment I live in Madison Al. The property behind me is 109 Canterbury Drive, which Bank of America has the mortgage. The people that lived in the house have moved out over a year ago and the property is grown up and it is very snaky and rat infested. There is also several trees that are touching the roof of the house and there is a big limb that has fallen off the tree onto the roof. The gutters have not been cleaned and the fence has vines that have taken over the property. I called Bank of America Mortgage in Denver Co, and did not get any results. They referred me to Safeguard Properties but they gave me the run around. Someone needs to clean up this property and keep it maintained because it is affecting the property values on our street.
