WOW! Another complaintant here. A AAA vendor ruined my car so badly that I had to have it towed home. The vendor was caught in a lie to AAA saying that he had spoken to me, worked everything out and I was fine. That was so far from the truth. I told AAA that the owner had lied to them as he had never called me, we have not worked everything out and I was not fine. I am continuing to go 'up the ladder' with the resolution department and decided to just go to the top. I called Headquarters and talked to a robot named Steve. I could tell he most likely was reading from a script and was a bit on the rude side. I asked to speak with the CEO's (Marshall Doney) assistant and he asked what it was about. I told him in a nutshell what the challenge was and he said, "Well I didn't need the whole story." Umm, I didn't tell him the whole story. I again asked to speak with the CEO's assistant and he said he would have to send me to the resolutions department. I told him "been there, done that". He was about as helpful as the flu. I guess our hard earned dollars that pays CEO Marshall Doney's salary is wasted since apparently he doesn't even have his assistant take calls. I have worked with multiple CEO's over the years and this was actually the first time the assistant couldn't even be reached. That's ridiculous. Hmm -- it's about time for my family and I to renew. So far, it's a big 'no'. I am not pleased at all that AAA is OK with vendors ruining customer's cars and brushing it off. So much for their customer service. This is not the company it used to be.
