I received this ideacenter desktop in December, it froze with and error message January.<br /> 2. went back to best buy, geek squad sent it back to Lenovo, they replaced the motherboard, stating that was the problem.<br /> 3. Feb. same error message, computer went back to Best Buy, Geek Squad sent it back to Lenovo, they sent it back three weeks later stating they replaced the hard drive and that was the problem.<br /> 4. I just had time to boot it up and work with it and noticed the &quot;activate windows&quot; watermark. they never sent the activation code for the windows 10 operating system with the new hard drive.<br /> 5. called customer support, they said there system was down and that I would have to call back tomorrow and it sounds like I will need the recovery discs.. get this.. at at cost!..<br /> <br /> you are absolutely the worst computer company I have ever dealt with in my life.<br /> I am going back to Dell at least you know what your getting for your expense and they are much more reliable hardware and customer service wise.<br /> <br /> I lost my money and my confidence in your company and your team. make it right and maybe you can sway me. but as of this time I will never recommend you to anyone.
