Original Comment I have spent 2 days and 7 persons both on the phone and I M, I have a defective fone and want it replaced but, I was moved all over the place to get denial after denial. You can check with your people about the conversations and I M that I have had to go thru, it is ridiculous that anyone should have to go thru what I have been going thru with your apparatus that shields you from complaints that will not be taken seriously. I only asked for a replacement, Then asked to exchange fone for an fone with AT T as carrier as Verizon is no longer trust worthy with me. I only wanted credit for my purchase subtracted from the purchase of a more reliable carrier. You won't!!!!!So, while I talk to people who can't make a decent decision on my request I have wasted both my time and my patience. I'm no the person you will honor per your BBB standing, again, RIDICULOUS. Transcript is available thru your people and all my communications, if you are interesting in being a model Corp. you should check on it. R Roswall
