Original Comment I purchased a Troy Built rototiller less than a year ago from Lowes, after 2 weeks I returned it due to faulty parts. I received a new one, which also does not work correctly. Per several phone calls with customer service I was told to take it to an authorized dealer since it is still under warranty. According to the repair such which is your authorized agent the machine still does not work correctly. He contacted customer service and was told that the parts that it may need are not covered under warranty and that I should take it back to Lowes-this is not possible as more than 30 days have passes. I am extremely disappointed with troy built and customer service. I feel that it is Troy Builts responsibility to either fix the defective machine or provide me with a full refund. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER TROY BUILT.<br /> <br /> Joanna Chase
