I was told by a recording, when I tried to add Airtime , that my phone will no longer work because it was a 2G platform and would not work properly now. So bought a refurbished phone brand unknown. This was on 05/27/2016. Viewed my bank account on 05/28/2016 and TRACFONE billed my account twice. Went through 3 people trying to resolve this, and got insulted my Darwin in accounting, as he continued to tell me , they only billed me once. He told me 3 times I need to learn to listen, their was nothing he told me that ever resolved this problem. So I told him to cancel the order and refund my monies. At first on beginning of call , I spoke with John, he could never find my order, transferred to Javi, she could find the order. Sent me to the insulting Darwin , I am now out of over $180.00 dollars with no phone or minutes. What I am I to do ?? I have had this service for over 10 years with dropped calls and excessive minutes being deducted from my airtime, which I have over looked, now to be insulted over my money, and treated like a child is the last straw.
