Original Comment Hello, I had to cancel my son's and my membership. I called first but was instructed to walk in, I wasn't able to go in until after the holiday which was yesterday, May 31st. I was told as long as I cancelled before June 1st. I would not be billed for the Anuall fee of $30.00. When the paper-work was being completed, I was then told that since I did not cancel on by may 25th that I was still going to be billed the $35.00! That is not right, I hopeing someone can help me with this I have left two messeages with your membership office and the recepionist voice mail. I have called my band and was told that the withdrawl was on the 17th. I have only been a member for two monhs and would not be fare or approprate to charge me the annual fee when I canncelled prior to the montly withdrawl date.
