I bought a 42&quot; sanyo tv for my elderly parents Jan 1, 2016. It was a gift for them as we moved them into assisted living . less than 4 months later the tv died. I have never gotten the run around in my lifetime as bad as sanyo gave me. <br /> 4 Customer service reps promised me a relpacement or an upgrade if one was not available. here it is now June 13th and I have not had this issue resolved. They have lied to me thru their teeth...Please do not buy anything from Sanyo as you will not be a satisfied customer...I am so disgusted... Sanyo does not stand behind their guarentees whatsoever.... Good bye Sanyo corporation..
