To whom it may concerns: <br /> <br /> This is in regards to my recent stay at your hotel 8/26/2016 - 8/28/2016.<br /> <br /> Upon arrival I was assigned room 207 and we stayed during the night. The air conditioner was not operational to its fullest capacity due to some reason. The next morning I complained to your daytime manager and was told we will assign you to another room, but not until after 3:00pm. We left your hotel and returned after 3:00 and was assign to room 215, which the air conditioner was working but there was no power strip in the room to connect electrical devices to include you micro way oven, a lamp and other devices. I ask your desk clerk I needed a power strip and was told she could not find one. At that point, I asked her why do you retrieve it from the room we just check out of (207) earlier that day and her respond was &quot;I can't take anything out of that room&quot;. This happen between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on 27 Sept 2016 and there was about three to four cars in the parking lot so I know the hotel was not sold out so a power strip cold have been easily taken from a non-occupied room. Finally she decided to get it out of the non-working (air conditioner) room 207 which we just check out of. <br /> <br /> This was one of the worst weekend I can say I experience in a long time with staying in a hotel. Sadly to say I will never stay in the Days Inn &amp; Suites in Siler City ever again and I will post that information for everyone to be aware of. I feel I should be reimbursed for my inconvenience I experience at your hotel this weekend and it was unnecessary.
